About Changing Tides
Through Changing Tides Consultancy & Training I want to share my energy and idealism along with my experience, knowledge and skills to help civil society organizations achieving their aims. My focus is on countries where civil society can do with a boost. I provide trainings, project management, advice and coaching, and facilitate meetings and workshops.
I have a broad network in countries in transition, like Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kosova and Moldova, that I can use as needed.
My expertise is to mobilize individuals and groups toward a shared goal and to guide participatory and open processes involving people of different backgrounds.
I have worked in partnerships with non-governmental organizations in many different countries, among which Albania, Belarus, Croatia, Kosova and Moldova. I have experience as coach, trainer, project manager, financial manager and as a volunteer in a non-governmental environment. I have university degrees in biochemistry and law, with specialization in European and International Law.
